We have partnered with Counter Culture for good reason

For two decades, Counter Culture has been a pioneer of coffee quality and sustainability. They strive to cultivate relationships with growers and organizations around the world in order to build trust, improve quality, and foster transparency. This is why a partnership with Counter Culture was essential to our quality product. Our coffee had to start with consistent thoughtful sourcing.

 

Training is Critical to our mission

Our Barista’s go through rigorous training. We utilize various hands on and web based utilities that allow us to learn about everything from the farm to the cup. We get the opportunity to sort out the natural defects that occur in the beans themselves and understand how they effect flavor, and finish off with how to translate those flavors to words to make the perfect cup the customer wants.

We believe that creating the best product first starts with having the best equipment. Followed closely with quality training on how to use that equipment. The education process is a continual process that is forever evolving with the industry. Learning what some the new farming practices look like and how that affects what is served in the cup is the parallel with honed and true brewing practices. This is where we are able to constantly push the envelope of amazing new coffee.
